HOW DOES HTMA WORK?
A small sample of your hair is sent to a certified lab, where it's analyzed using ICP-Mass Spectrometry — one of the most precise mineral testing methods available. Because hair reflects what's been happening in your body over months (not just one moment in time), it can surface patterns that a blood test might miss entirely.
5 Simple Steps:
1 - Make Your Appointment
After your appointment is confirmed, you'll receive a test kit with step-by-step collection instructions.
2 - Collect Your Sample
Using the included scale, gather a small amount of hair (typically from the nape of the neck). The instructions walk you through everything. It takes just a few minutes.
3 - Mail it to the Lab
Place your sample and the included documentation in the pre-addressed envelope and mail it to the certified lab for analysis.
4 - Lab Processes Your Sample
Analysis typically takes a few weeks. The lab uses ICP-Mass Spectrometry (NexION® models) for precise, accurate results.
5 - Review Your Results with Christine
Once results are in, Christine analyzes them and builds your personalized wellness protocol. You'll go through everything together — in person or by phone.

COMMON QUESTIONS
